John read and submitted the June 27, 2023 minutes for approval. Jermey seconded. Motion carried.
Old Business Items:
Update on August safety course – Scheduled to be held on August 12, 2023
Adding the Petro gas station in Meductic as a vendor for our club – still pending
Fall run update: Ralph, Wade and Scott Edwards to organize. Target date is October 14th.
Treasurer Report: Linda McHatten
Linda moved and seconded by Donnie Atherton to approve the treasurer report on the
Savings and Chequing. Motion carried.
Vendor update: One vendor requesting if we can do e-transfers. Investigating
Trail Pass Update: 600+
Face Book Update: 1063 members

Trail Report: Brian McHatten
John still investigating options and associated costs for a long-term solution for new section behind Luke Flemming’s.
Culvert replacement for the Hodgen Road trail is pending approval from the government’s Gas Tax funding.
Woodstock to Centreville trail is pending on contractor availability.
The Pembroke to Carr Siding – Brian advised Vance and changed to green on federation map
Still need to address complaints on grass growing up on trails. Still investigating course of action. Brian made a motion and seconded by Ralph (?) to have a partnership with the snowmobile club for bush hogging on trails with a budget of $5,000. Motion carried.

Ralph brought up that the snowmobile club is going to organize a Chase the Ace and wanted to know if our ATV club was interested in partnership. Executive will meet to determine if we are interested.
November nominating committee will be determined at August meeting.
