We received notification from Quad NB of the New General Manager Lana Harris.  Bob provided us some details of her background.

The Regional Meeting for Quad NB is scheduled for October 28, 2025.  We can send 2 delegates to this meeting.  Brian McHatten and Kendal McLean will attend on our behalf.  The meeting is open for anyone wanting to attend however we are only granted 2 votes.

New Business:

Patty brought forward a suggestion that this year for our vendor Christmas gifts we reach out to a local bakery and give them a tray of sweets rather than the boxes of chocolates from previous years. Scott made a motion that we set the dollar value at $50 for these.  Motion was seconded by Linda.  It was decided that Patty will reach out to Kaits Bake    New trail passes have been delayed due to an error at the printer.  It is hoped that the new passes will be available in the next week or so.  Patty will distribute to the vendors as soon as they are available.  Trail passes have increased this year to $75 for ungroomed trails.  It was agreed upon by all members that we would no longer offer trail permits for sale in Meductic at the Petro Canada or in Canterbury at Russels to allow the newly formed Lakeland Ridges club to be promoted in those areas.

Bob mentioned that Polaris has a grant program available for trail work.  He was not certain of the details of this grant.  Kendal will investigate and let us know.

October 15th there will be a meeting in Centreville for the trail planning strategy will the municipalities .  Bob and Vance will attend this meeting.

Linda mentioned that the River Valley Sun has dropped here column that she used to write about ATVing.

Dwayne asked Linda if she could continue to write the article but post it on our website.

Dwayne asked if we could move our October meeting to either October 27th or 29th due to the regional meeting being scheduled on our regular meeting night.  It was decided that we would meet on October 29th at the regular time of 7PM.
